About
Tree Top View Sheringham is a wonderful reverse living house built in 2016 has views onto Sheringham & Beeston Common an area of SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest) yet it's only a 10 min walk to both the Blue Flag beach & the vibrant seaside town centre of Sheringham.
The accommodation boasts a vaulted lounge/kitchen/diner upstairs with a Juliet Balcony opening onto the views and its largely complimented kitchen feature wall. It also has 2 large bedrooms(downstairs), 2 bathrooms, parking for 2 and the property benefits from both a Wood burner & Underfloor heating for those cooler months. Which along with the view makes it a really comfortable stay all year round. The property was a self-build with care & character. It includes several ECO products including rainwater harvesting system, PV solar Panels, Heat recovery system to name a few. The Coast Hopper bus service (& other routes) run from the bus stop a 2 min walk away, ideal for seeing the local area. A mainline train station also comes to Sheringham and is a 10 min walk to Tree Top View. Sheringham is a wonderful place to visit you only have to see what goes on annually in the town to know it's worth a visit. With Sheringham Park & The North Norfolk railway poppy line (Steam trains) to name just two reasons why to pick Sheringham.
NB. A travel cot/high chair/Stair gate/ toy & books can be provided upon request for infants and toddlers.
