This beautiful dog friendly holiday cottage is just a 5-minute walk from Blakeney Quay. Sleeping up to 12 guests, with private parking for 4 cars this tasteful property is the perfect place for larger groups wanting to spend time together on this outstanding part of the North Norfolk Coast.

The ground floor offers airy and light open plan spaces, with a well-stocked kitchen and utility room, and a large spacious dining area. There are two generously sized living rooms with extremely comfy sofas, one of which has a cosy wood burner to snuggle up in front of on cooler nights. There is also a king-sized bedroom on the same level, which can be split into twin beds, and an ensuite wet room, ideal for those with mobility issues.

The first floor has a further four good-sized bedrooms, two of which are zip-linked king beds so can be made up as twins, one king-sized bedroom and a further family bedroom with a double under bunk and single on top, plus a further day bed which can be used as a single.

The centre of the village, with its charming Quay, galleries and shops, is just a few minutes’ walk from the door. You can enjoy a boat trip to see the seals or pull on your walking boots and explore the villages along the Coastal Path. With fabulous beaches, wonderful walks, and superb dining all within easy reach, this welcoming and very spacious cottage is an ideal retreat at any time of year. And with the Coasthopper bus stop not far from the door, you can adventure along the coast without using the car too.

Ground Floor

TV Living Room leading off from the entrance hall with large corner sofa, big SMART TV, and DVD player. Double French doors lead to a small dining table and chairs, before moving into the kitchen/dining area.

Kitchen/Dining Room leading off from the TV room, this open spaced room is bright and airy with fabulous Velux windows and ceiling to floor dual aspect bi-fold glass doors extending into the corner of the room. Handmade kitchen, with quartz worktop, Belling double oven cooker and 5 ring induction hob, fridge freezer, and microwave. Breakfast island with sink and dishwasher. Large dining table to seat 12 comfortably, bookshelves, wine rack.

Larger Living Room leading off from the TV room with 3 comfy sofas seating a minimum of 7, corner table, small TV, cosy wood burner with supply of logs.

King Bedroom leading from the dining area with king-sized linked bed which can be made up as twins. Wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinets, dressing table. Large Ensuite Wet Room with toilet, wash basin, and large walk-in shower.

There is a large wrap-around garden at the back and side of the cottage, with garden tables and chairs for outside dining.  At the front of the cottage, there are shrubs and a large drive.

Private parking spaces for 4 cars on the drive of the cottage. There is also free parking at the village hall just two doors down.

Heating:

Oil central heating and wood burner.
