Impressive and friendly B&B in Sheringham offering three superior King size, adult only, en-suite guest rooms and a full english breakfast in the morning

We have plenty of off-street parking (Electric car charging available) and we’re only a 10 minute walk into  the town of Sheringham with its great shops, restaurants and pubs which means you can experience everything Sheringham has to offer and still enjoy a peaceful, relaxing stay - 15 minutes and you are paddling in the sea

Minimum stay 3 nights, however two night and single nights are subject to availability in quieter months - please call to see if we can help

  • Garden - The front garden at Picaroons has chairs and a large table for guests to use. We are west facing so everyone can enjoy watching the sun setting and experience some wonderful sunsets

Road Directions

By car: From the A148 going towards Cromer from Holt. Turn left onto the B1157 signposted to Upper Sheringham. Drive 1.4 miles (passing through Upper Sheringham). Pass the High School on the right and we are the first drive on the right after 'The Turning'. There is a post box immediately after our drive
By public transport: It is a 14 minute walk from the railway station to Picaroons. Turn left out of the station. Turn right at the roundabout. Cross the Weybourne Road and keep walking west until you come to Holt Road on your left. Walk up Holt Road, (crossing 3 roads). Picaroons is on the left hand side, immediately after the post box.

There is a taxi office near the station. Turn left from the station and it is a few doors along on the left. The is also a taxi rank outside the theatre. Turn right out of the station. It can be found by the clock tower after a 5 minute walk.
