About

Sheringham’s The Reef Leisure Centre plays a key role in helping everybody in the local community enjoy getting active. It’s packed with all the very latest equipment and offers something for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. There’s a 70-station gym, a spacious group fitness studio, as well as a group cycling studio. There are also two pools – a 25m main pool and a smaller teaching pool – as well as a splash pad. The centre also boasts extensive changing and parking facilities and has been designed specifically to make it more accessible to disabled people.

Gym:

The Reef Leisure Centre’s 70-station gym is packed with all the very latest fitness equipment. So, whether you fancy an intense cardio workout, want to lift some weights and build some muscle, do some resistance exercises, do a functional workout or a mixture of all four, you’ll find everything you need right here!

Swimming Pool:

We have two pools here at The Reef Leisure Centre – a 25m, six-lane main pool, a smaller learner pool and a splash pad with a range of water jets and fountains. The former is where we host our swim sessions, including our award-winning swimming lessons, lane swimming and fun swimming sessions and it also features a Pool Pod system to help disabled users into the water in a safe and dignified manner.

Group Fitness Studio:

The centre also boasts a large and versatile studio where we host our group fitness classes. We have a huge range of virtual classes blended with instructor led classes, with something to suit everyone, regardless of your age or fitness level. So, if you fancy something intense like our range of Les Mills classes, or prefer a more relaxed Yoga session, we’ve got the right class for you.

Group Cycling Studio:

Our dedicated group cycling studio has space for up to 24 bikes at any one time and runs both virtual and instructor-led classes. Group cycling is one of our most popular classes and is a fantastic way to get active and burn calories!

Cafe:

The centre also has a café where you can enjoy a range of delicious and nutritious treats, a cup of coffee with friends or just relax after a tough workout.
