About

The Morston Hall Dining Experience

Morston Hall is an award winning venue and one of the longest running Michelin starred restaurants in the UK. The daily changing menu allows our exceptional team of chefs, to express their creativity and flair alongside their uncompromising commitment to sustainability and quality ingredients which evolve with the seasons.

Each day at Morston Hall begins with the land and sea just beyond our doors — from the kitchen garden outside the window to the small-scale suppliers we’ve worked with for decades. The result is a meticulously crafted daily changing tasting menu that’s as refined as it is grounded; timeless, elegant, unpretentious, and capturing the very essence of the Norfolk coast. Whether it be an anniversary, birthday, or date night, this is the perfect way to celebrate with with someone special.

Our bar is open from 5pm where you are invited to enjoy pre-dinner canapés and drinks ahead of sitting down for dinner at your chosen time between 6pm and 8pm (last seating).

Over the years, we’ve been honoured with distinctions that celebrate our commitment to excellence, from our long-standing Michelin star to our 4-star VisitEngland rating and Traveller’s Choice awards. These accolades speak to the experience our guests return for: warm hospitality, thoughtful detail, and a setting that continues to inspire.
