Leaving the Shallows
This workshop aims to use felt sense as a way into writing.

Mindfulness meditation and mark making techniques are offered as a way to connect to the landscape of your choice. Please bring an image with you and your note book!

The writing process is encouraged through readings from 'Leaving the Shallows' in order to demonstrate how landscape can be used to represent personal, historical and atmospheric potential in writing.

As a bridge to writing and mark making across time, there will be an opportunity to make your own Ogham and crystal talisman. Both this and a copy of the novella are included in the ticket price.

Leaving the Shallows is a fiction novella set in Norfolk. Available in Jarrolds Cromer, City bookshop Norwich and is receiving 5* reviews on Amazon.
