Dales Country House Hotel

About

The Grade II Listed Dales Country House Hotel oozes local Norfolk flint & brick with breathtaking views and 21 luxurious rooms. The 5 acres of landscaped gardens offer private access directly onto 1000 acres of the National Trust Sheringham Park Estate and yet it is also close to everything the stunning North Norfolk coast has to offer. It’s ideally located in Upper Sheringham and just a stone's throw away from Blakeney, Cromer and Holt.

Originally built as a private home, The Dales retains the essence of an English Country House and has been restored with attention to detail; many original features remain from the stone griffins guarding the entrance to a splendid oak staircase, mullioned and stained-glass windows and original fireplaces.

Each of the luxurious en-suite bedrooms are traditionally yet individually styled. Add to this impeccable service and a host of those 'little extras' that make all the difference and you have found a place where you can truly relax.

You can be assured of an exquisite meal prepared with the finest local ingredients at Upchers Restaurant and Afternoon Tea is also a great favourite with guests.

Dog friendly rooms available.

Look out for seasonal deals throughout the year including exclusive breaks for Thursford Christmas Spectacular plus Christmas.

Additional meals available with prior arrangement. Bar. Serves breakfast. Available for wedding receptions. Event Venue. Four poster beds available. Ground floor rooms available.
