About

130 acres of ancient woodland with over 3.5 miles of paths. We have a friendly cafe, gift shop, bird hides, children's nature trail and plant sales area. We also have a programme of events all year round including health and wellbeing events and activities, warden walks, festive lights walk and Christmas Market. We also offer wild swimming and water sports - details can be found on our website. From March each year, we run 20 and 50 minute boat trips on our private broad. Also, we are dog friendly. 6 Monthly and annual memberships are available.

Visit in the spring to see the UK's finest collection of Candelabra Primulas as well as bluebells, camellia's and wood anemones. Summer brings Hydrangeas, Philadelphus and many wild flowers. Migrant birds and other wildlife come to the garden in the autumn, and there are many varieties of fungi and toadstools. Winter walks are great for spotting Kingfishers, Deer and Otters.

Visit the Fairhaven Cafe - our family friendly cafe is located on the edge of the beautiful Woodland and Water Garden at Fairhaven which has a private access to South Walsham Inner Broad.
