Experience the thrill of wild swimming at Fairhaven Garden in the Norfolk Broads, with expert-led sessions designed for both beginners and experienced swimmers. Enjoy the proven benefits of cold water, from boosted mood and energy to improved well-being. Running April to September, all sessions prioritise safety, with water temperature and quality closely monitored. Introductory sessions are highly recommened for newcomers, ensuring you feel confident and prepared before joining regular swims. Session Times & Prices: Members' Sessions (Free). Wednesdays: 6:30pm – 8:30pm. Saturdays: 8:30am – 10:30am. Public Sessions Wednesdays & Saturdays – £12 per person. Introductory Sessions. Wednesdays: 5:30pm – 6:30pm. Season: April to September (subject to safe conditions). From May to August, Wednesday sessions run later, with access extended until 9:00pm so you can enjoy longer summer evening swims. Age: 18+ only.
