About

We're Still Here!
Local authors, poets, raconteurs - and cancer survivors - Gary Powell and Jon Platten, host an entertaining and informative evening reflecting on their cancer survival journeys. They hope their experiences will help anyone affected by the disease.
Please join them for stories, poems - and cake.
Saturday 11th October at 7pm (doors open 6.30pm)
at Sheringham Community Centre, Holway Road NR26 8NP
Jon and Gary have both survived cancer and now want to do something to support those in similar circumstances. This is a fundraising event to help the Cromer Cancer Support Centre and
The Healing Harbour, organisations which do just that in North Norfolk.
Signed copies of both authors' books will be available to buy, with 10% of book sale revenue going to the Cromer Cancer Support Centre via the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital Charity. In addition, all proceeds from ticket sales will be distributed to them. Proceeds from the sale of refreshments will go to The Healing Harbour, a local charity who provide palliative care.
Tickets £5 available from:
Gary on 07738 426017, The Kitchen at 17, Station Rd, Sheringham
