The Grove blends the charm of a country house hotel with the ease of a seafront stay. Since 1936, our family‑run approach has created a warm, relaxed base just moments from the North Norfolk coast. In addition, guests can choose from cosy doubles, spacious family rooms, self‑catering cottages or peaceful woodland glamping - all thoughtfully designed to help you unwind and feel at home.
The hotel boosts not one but two restaurants - The Garden Rooms, a 2-rosette dining experience with an extensive curated wine list and seasonal menus sourced from the Kitchen Garden and Sundown, a causal dining restaurant serving pizzas, small plates and locally sourced seafood on the front lawn.
A ten minute walk from Cromer, you can enjoy the best of both worlds combining qulaity country house stays with all the benfits of being a stones-throw from the sea. The estate also includes a heated indoor pool which guests can book for private sessions during their stay and The Massage Hut, a massage therapy studio based in the ‘Secret Garden’ area of The Grove, Cromer.

Road Directions
By Road:From Norwich take the A140, in the bounds of Cromer the A140 approaches the town downhill, at the roundabout "Cromwell Road" turn right. Continue to two mini roundabouts, straight on into Overstrand Road. The Grove entrance is 50 metres on the left.
