Poplar Farm House, Self-Catering Holiday Accommodation

About

Looking for self-catering accommodation with access to the beach and countryside in ‘wild’ Norfolk?  This stunning light and airy former farm house located in Waxham is perfect for exploring the North Norfolk Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Broads and Norwich.

The comfortable and spacious accommodation includes: 4 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, fully equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom, shower room and separate W.C, ideal for families or groups of friends (up to 7 people) to relax and spend quality time together.

The house is set in over an acre of  beautiful gardens and woodland with natural boundaries allowing the local wildlife free access. The well stocked, mature gardens provide plenty of space for children to explore or grown ups to find secret spaces for a quiet read or snooze!

The south facing patio provides the perfect spot for outside dining during the long summer evenings or shady lunches under the umbrella.

Just 1.8 miles from the village of Sea Palling with village and farm shop and pub, Poplar Farm House is a 15 minute walk across a nearby permissible path through open arable fields filled with skylarks and field buntings to the beach and coastal footpath.

Self-catering available from Easter to the end October.

Bed and Breakfast is available from the beginning of November through to Easter.

Delightful large super-king bedroom with dual aspect windows over Norfolk landscape, dunes and garden with newly appointed bathroom.

Separate downstairs lounge with T.V  and dining area.

£100 per night with breakfast. Three-course evening meal is £25 pp also available (bookable in advance).

Great for a romantic winter weekend or mid-week break with coastal walking and seal watching ‘on the doorstep’.
