    Fixed Term Contract

    Contracted shift patterns (8-30 hours per week) with the opportunity to work additional hours at busy times.

    Up to £14.59 per hour including rolled up holiday pay (+ tips). 

    Shift patterns, may include evenings, Bank Holidays and weekends. We are looking for seasonal team members for the school holidays and some team members who also want hours during the week (days and evenings) during term time.

    Responsibilities:
    – Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
    – Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
    – Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
    – Assist with basic food preparation and plating as needed
    – Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
    – Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders
    – Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
    – Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system

    Skills:
    – Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential
    – Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    – Ability to upsell and recommend menu items to enhance the guest experience
    – Excellent guest services skills, including attentiveness and problem-solving abilities
