About

Nestled in the heart of North Norfolk in Thursford, just outside Fakenham, lies an extraordinary 30,000 sq ft outdoor play park – where the golden age of fairgrounds meets the thrill of childhood discovery.

This outdoor vintage fairgound themed 30,000 adventure play fair has connected with walkways, bridges and tunnels across multiple levels. Slide down a giant Helter Skelter, scale the heights of the big Ferris Wheel, spin yourself silly on the Teacups, soar around the Kart Track, smile on the Crazy Carousel and splash around the water fountain organ (a UK-first water play installation). Separate charge applicable and booking is essential. Find out more here.

At Thursford’s Play Fair, every twist and turn reveals something for everyone – from tiny tots to fearless explorers. With thrills and challenges for ages 0 to 14 years, it’s a place where movement meets magic, and fun runs free. From tunnels and bridges to our spectacular helter-skelter slide, this fairground-themed playground brings classic fun to a modern outdoor adventure playground. As a one-of-a-kind kids’ playground in Norfolk, it’s designed for adventure at every level.

Designed by the award-winning minds at CAP.CO, our Adventure Play Fair is a beautifully crafted timber world built for all ages and abilities. This unique adventure playground in Norfolk invites families to explore a place where imagination runs wild. Whether you’re climbing, crawling or conquering, every corner hums with charm and curiosity and every step is a leap into play.

Our SEN sessions take place every Monday, 10am – 12pm, with numbers reduced and noise levels limited.

And while the kids run wild? Grown-ups can unwind with proper coffee, tasty treats, and a front-row seat to joy in full swing.
