Designed for between 2-8 people and strictly adults only (16+), every sauna session is your personal retreat. 1-hour private bookings are available 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm, giving you the flexibility to enjoy a wellness escape whenever it suits your schedule.

Outdoor cold-water shower – awaken your senses and refresh your body in the crisp Norfolk air

Communal Sauna Sessions – Relax Together

Perfect for individuals, couples and sauna enthusiasts, these sessions offer an affordable opportunity to make relaxation part of your regular wellbeing routine or enjoy something different during your North Norfolk visit.

Communal sessions are £15 per person, with scheduled sessions each day. subject to availability.

Whether you're new to sauna bathing or already enjoy regular sessions, everyone aged 16 and over is welcome.

Swim & Sauna Ritual – The Ultimate Wellness Experience

Enhance your visit with the perfect balance of warmth and refreshment by combining a private sauna experience with a swim in the Estate's indoor heated swimming pool.

Our Swim & Sauna Ritual offers a beautifully balanced two-hour wellness experience, designed to help you relax, recharge and unwind.

Choose to begin with a 1-hour private swim session followed by 1 hour of exclusive sauna use, or reverse the experience and enjoy a refreshing swim after your sauna.

Your booking includes private access to both wellness areas for up to eight guests, along with use of the outdoor cold-water shower, private seating area and changing facilities.

It's a wonderful way to spend quality time with friends, enjoy a relaxing experience as a couple or add something special to your North Norfolk getaway.
