Sleeping up to 30 guests across 14 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, the Whole House combines the Main Hall, Theatre and West Wing, with internal connecting doors opened to create one spacious holiday home. With generous living areas and beautifully appointed accommodation, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together while still finding their own space to relax.

Tucked away within the grounds of Sedgeford Hall Estate, our large indoor heated Swimming Pool offers a peaceful, private swimming experience surrounded by the beauty of the Norfolk countryside.

Guests staying in our group holiday homes enjoy access to the pool as part of their stay, with private swim times available daily. For those not staying with us — or guests looking to enjoy extra time in the water — private sessions can be booked up to 90 days in advance. Whether you’re after a quiet morning swim or planning something special, it’s a calm, luxurious space to relax. Find out more.

Designed for between 2-8 people and strictly adults only (16+), every sauna session is your personal retreat. 1-hour private bookings are available 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm, giving you the flexibility to enjoy a wellness escape whenever it suits your schedule.
