About

SEA LIFE Hunstanton is one of Norfolk's leading seal sanctuaries, a state of the art marine aquarium taking visitors on a memorable undersea odyssey filled with amazing close encounters with sea creatures of astonishing variety.
Highlights include an incredible otter enclosure, penguins and a whole host of other incredible marine creatures. Don't miss our seal hospital where visitors can see our "new arrivals", juveniles in the nursery ward, and the animal care team at work.

SEA LIFE Hunstanton- Norfolk’s only seal sanctuary open to visitors- is home to over 2,000 creatures, from tiny shrimps to Amazonian Piranhas and jaw-some sharks! Boasting a state of the art marine aquarium taking visitors on a memorable undersea odyssey filled with amazing close encounters with sea creatures of astonishing variety in spectacular ‘high-tech’ displays.

Don't miss our dedicated seal rescue hospital where we rescue, rehabilitate and release to the wild more than 40 orphaned or sickly Grey & Common seal pups every year. Other highlights include our otterly adorable family of Asian Short Clawed Otters and a whole host of spectacular marine creatures. Get a fantastic and closer look of our sharks and Green Sea Turtle via our underwater walk through tunnel. Get up close to our charming colony of Humboldt Penguins and the Inca terns! Learn how to waddle with the colony and look up for the Inca terns – ‘the birds with magnificent moustaches’- as they fly and dive above your head.

All customers have to pre-book the tickets before arrival. This includes pre-paying and selecting the date and time slot of your visit. Our valued Annual Pass members must also pre-book their time slot.
