The Gin Trap Inn

About

Located only a stone's throw from the scenic North Norfolk coast, The Gin Trap is found in the heart of Ringstead, a charming village surrounded by the natural beauty of the English countryside. The pub itself has a characterful history welcoming all guests since 1668, be they locals, visitors, families with children and dogs.

Our kitchen team strive to create an innovative menu that champions the beautiful bounty available on our doorstep. We celebrate the very best British produce and wherever possible source locally whether from the land, the shore or the sea.

Here at The Gin Trap we care very much about provenance. We are lucky to live on the coast with all the beautiful produce available to us and also in the fertile lands of the country’s bread basket. We have developed relationships with the best suppliers in the country to keep consistency of quality. We will highlight what’s on our doorstep and will occasionally travel further away to ensure we constantly delight our guests.
