About

Join local printmakers Sally Hirst and Craig J Frost for a creative day exploring the world of drypoint and monoprint printmaking.
In the morning, Craig will guide you though the drypoint process, from traditional engraving and scratching marks, to embracing the accidental and innovative. You'll then be shown how to ink, wipe and print your image.
In the afternoon, Sally will introduce the wonderful world of monoprint printmaking, exploring the enormous variety of textures, tones and mark making available in this versatile and experimental printmaking method.
You'll finish the day with your own edition of unique prints to take away.
10-4 break for lunch (bring your own)
