Hello everyone, Tom & Alex here, head honchos of the team at the helm of our fabulous cottage collection here at Norfolk Cottage Agency.
Norfolk is a very special part of the world and we feel blessed to be able to live and work in such an inspiring environment. We’re looking forward to sharing it with you too.
Our values: We initially set up as a small, but perfectly formed family holiday cottage company, therefore family values are at the heart of how we function. We are working on ways to guarantee our business adopts sustainable measures to reduce our footprint on beautiful Norfolk and the world. Our charity for 2023 is NARS (Norfolk Accident Rescue Service) and we look forward to raisning money and supporting them through the year. We are committed to creating local job opportunities and to use local businesses wherever possible. Furthermore, we are dedicated to ensure our staff are looked after and their wellbeing protected so they are truly happy within our brand.
Our promise: We pride ourselves on making sure that our guests are well looked after and enjoy a warm Norfolk welcome - it’s non-negotiable and sits of the heart of our promise to you.
Location: We’re located in the heart of the North Norfolk Coast and have an office on Holt's high street. The properties in our collection are intentionally selected to be just a hop, skip and jump away from some of Norfolk's incredible attractions, beaches, market towns, pubs, walks and much more! We are rapidly growing our portfolio to cover all across Norfolk!
