Step into an evening of enchantment as we welcome acclaimed Chef Alex Firman for an extraordinary open-air dining experience. Set in a beautifully lit woodland clearing near the Hall, this immersive feast blends exceptional seasonal food with the magic of nature.
Your adventure begins with a guided stroll through the grounds led by our expert gardening team. As you arrive at the woodland clearing, you'll be greeted by crackling fires, soft candlelight and gentle acoustic music—an atmosphere that feels straight out of a fairy tale.
Chef Alex, renowned for his passion for local and sustainably sourced ingredients, will create a showstopping menu cooked entirely over an open fire. Each dish is designed to celebrate the flavours of the season and highlight the very best produce North Norfolk has to offer. A woodland bar will be open throughout the evening, featuring Norfolk's own Flint wines.
After your three-course feast, enjoy toasted marshmallows beneath the trees and warm up with herbal teas and rich hot chocolate as the forest settles into twilight.
