About
This Five Star Gold rated Georgian coach house is located next to the 14th century church, close to the village green and a short stroll from Banningham Crown, our award-winning, dog-friendly village pub with a great selection of local ales and lovely garden.
The Coach House is very dog friendly and we like to pamper our guests' pooches by providing items to use during their stay to make the holiday easy and relaxing, such as
Water/feed bowls, feeding mat, leads, treats, toys, crates, holiday tags, poo bags/bins, towels, sofa throws and much more. We also provide information on the best dog friendly walks, beaches, restaurants etc so that you can make the most of your stay.
The Coach House is in a great location with easy access to beautiful beaches, the Broads and Norwich and offers a real escape from it all.
Reclaimed exposed timber beams, a secluded, walled south facing lawn and expansive outside seating area make this a perfect location to sit back, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The ideal base for your Norfolk adventure.
The main access into The Coach House is via the Games Room which houses the table football, additional television and slouchy beanbags for children to chill out on. There is a downstairs cloakroom and large cupboard to house outdoor coats, buckets and spades, crabbing equipment etc. There is also access to the first floor Barn Bedroom via the second staircase. Both staircases have doors at ground floor level so access to the first floor can be controlled.
The spacious sitting room has an inglenook fireplace and woodburner plus direct access to the terrace outside. Three 2 seater sofas and large coffee table form a sociable and relaxing entertaining area for friends and family to enjoy. There is a large screen TV, DVD player and selection of family friendlygames and puzzles. WiFi is superfast and available in every room of the house.
There is a large, open plan kitchen/dining area with a dining table for six guests and enough pots, pans and other equipment to make you feel right at home! Light fills the room via the French door which opens onto the terraced dining area with large teak table for al fresco summer dining. There is a barbecue and the lawn has reclining chairs for early evening cocktails or lazy Sunday mornings.
Upstairs there are three very spacious bedrooms all with king-size Hypnos beds and each bedroom has its own shower or bath room. The master bedroom is vast and has a beautiful en suite shower room. The Church Bedroom has pretty views of the 14th century church tower - but don't worry there are no bells rung! The Barn Bedroom can be converted to two single beds on request. All of the beds have crisp white sheets and we supply fluffy white towels and complimentary toiletries.
We also supply a comprehensive welcome hamper so that you can relax the moment you arrive. Your holiday can start straight away with a cup of tea and piece of home-made cake, or something stronger if you prefer!
