From a romantic retreat for two in the Potting Shed to exclusive hire of the Hall for twenty, every property on the estate is self-catering, dog-friendly, and within 30 minutes of the Norfolk coast.

Choose from 11 properties, sleeping between 2 and 24 people. Just 15 minutes from the beach and use of an outdoor heated pool and tennis courts between May and September. Dogs are welcome and there is over 1,000 acres to explore.

We're proud to have The Old Store — an award-winning Norfolk bakery — based right here at Church Farm on the estate. Open to both guests and the public, they bring exceptional baked goods, great coffee and locally sourced produce to the Workshop Barn.
