Visit North Norfolk is delighted to announce details of its annual conference being held at the Lady Elizabeth Wing, at Holkham Hall, on Thursday 12 November 2026.

This year's guest speaker is Benjamin Mee, motivational speaker and author or 'We Bought a Zoo'. 

Benjamin will deliver an inspirational talk on how he brought back Dartmoor Zoo from the brink of extinction and will share his tips for building personal resilience and dealing with unexpected challenges in the modern business environment.

The conference provides a great opportunity to network with other businesses, find out about plans for promoting the destination in 2027 and hear the latest insights and data around the north Norfolk visitor economy to help you shape your own marketing.

You will also be able to meet with our Trusted Partners for conference special offers and find out about other VNN member benefits.

There is free parking and refreshments will be provided throughout the day, ending with a delicious lunch.

Goody bags will contain a 2for1 ticket to Holkham’s Candlelight Tour and a signed copy of Benjamin Mee’s book, ‘We Bought a Zoo’.

Lord Leicester will be providing the welcome note of Holkham Estate.

Visit North Norfolk Members can attend the conference for free (maximum number of two per business).
