The Grove in Cromer is a four-star hotel which has the best of both worlds; the Georgian Grade II listed hotel located a stone's throw from Cromer beach, combining all the comforts of country house stay with the benefits of a seafront hotel. Started in 2011 by Patrick and Sarah Saunders, Black Shuck Distillery got its name from the local legend of a ghostly spectral hound. Producing gins, rums and other speciaility spirits, the family-run business operates from a beautifully converted, eco-friendly farm building located on Fulmodeston Road in Hindolveston, North Norfolk.

This destination features an on-site botanical garden and a dedicated visitor barn where guests can attend guided tours and tastings.

Terms and Conditions: This one‑night stay at The Grove Cromer is available Sunday to Friday and cannot be booked on Saturdays or during school holidays.  Winner / entrant must be 18 years of age or older. The experience must be used within one year of receipt and includes bed and breakfast in the Suite at The Grove. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking, and once a date is confirmed, any changes are at the hotel’s discretion. Both the stay and the tour must be booked in advance. The stay excludes Christmas, New Year and bank holidays, and any meals, drinks or extras not listed within the package are chargeable. The maximum occupancy rules for the Suite apply and the prize for the stay and tour are both sited as being for two people. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another package. Tour and stay may be utilised at the different time and are subject to availability. The Black Shuck Hamper will be available for pick-up when visiting the Hindolveston site for the tour. 

The prize draw closes at 23:59 on 30 November 2026 and the winner will be notified on or after 1 December 2026 by email to the address provided. If there is no response from the winner after three working days, the prize will be withdrawn and then reallocated to another winner drawn at random. Travel to and from The Grove and Black Shuck Distillery, is the responsibility of the winner. The prize has no monetary value and is non-transferable.
