About
Begin the day as few ever do, walking the Wolterton Estate as dawn quietly unfolds. This early-morning guided walk offers a rare opportunity to experience the landscape at its most peaceful, when the light is soft, birdsong fills the air and the estate slowly awakens.
Led by Alan Power, Head of Landscape and Gardens at Wolterton and Mannington Hall, The walk will explore how the estate has evolved over the centuries and whilst you experience the rhythms of the land at first light. Alan will share insights into the estate's history, management and seasonal changes, drawing attention to the subtle details that are often missed later in the day.
As the morning progresses, the walk will conclude with a well-earned breakfast roll and freshly brewed coffee, enjoyed together as the estate settles into the day. A gentle, restorative way to connect with nature, learn from an expert guide and start your Saturday feeling grounded and inspired.
