Join us at Wolterton this spring for a very special culinary experience: A Taste of Spring with Satiate Artisan, an exclusive demonstration lunch led Chef Loïc previously Cordon Bleu teacher & Academic Director
Set within the beautiful surroundings of the estate, this intimate event offers a rare opportunity to watch a master chef at work up close. Loïc will cook beside the guests, sharing his techniques, insights and methods as he prepares a refined seasonal menu inspired by the very best local produce. As the dishes come together, guests will enjoy a leisurely lunch, freshly cooked and beautifully presented, with each course explained along the way.
The menu has been created exclusively for Wolterton and celebrates the flavours of spring, beginning with an amuse-bouche and a glass of Flint, followed by a silky vichyssoise with asparagus and parmesan pink peppercorn puff. The centrepiece is a roast saddle of spring lamb with chicken and pistachio farce, served with paloise sauce, before finishing with fresh strawberries marinated with vanilla, coconut and chocolate crunch. Tea or coffee with mini treats completes the experience.
This is a relaxed yet refined occasion for food lovers, combining exceptional cooking, seasonal ingredients and convivial dining in a truly special setting.
