A light-hearted evening of songs and scenes from the Gilbert and Sullivan comic operas, beautifully sung and delightfully staged. Two hours of Savoy favourites, combining the biting wit of W.S.Gilbert and the enchanting music of Sir Arthur Sullivan. There will be excerpts from 'Iolanthe', 'The Mikado', HMS Pinafore', 'Utopia, Limited', The Yeomen of the Guard, 'The Gondoliers' and 'The Pirates of Penzance'. Artistes include Alexandra Ferrari, Emma Stratton, Charles Mills, Stephen Godward and Tim Hurst-Brown, with Peter Hewitt at the piano.
