Silk Scarf Printing Workshop

About

Scarves are a winter essential, and now you can create your own silk scarf suitable for every season of the year. Join us in the Lady Elizabeth Wing where you’ll receive expert guidance from Libby Mata Harii from The Way of Tea, who promotes the creation of beautiful, sustainably-created clothing as a reaction to the fast fashion culture.

In this two-hour session, you will learn how to create natural dyes, pre-treat materials and create your own unique silk scarf, perfect to treat yourself or a loved one this Christmastime.

Speaking of treating yourself, you’ll also receive a festive tipple and mince pie to enjoy.

The Details

Mulled wine, a mince pie and car parking are included in your ticket. We are sorry but dogs are not permitted at this event. The session involves working with natural dyes. Be mindful of this when you choose what to wear.
