Foraged leaves and mushroom on a wooden chopping board

About

Join us foraging around the grass verges and woodlands of Thorpe Forest to hunt for gourmet mushrooms! Our informative instructors will lead the way on an (approximate) 2.5hr walk teaching you how to identify various plants, flowers and mushrooms. You'll have the opportunity to taste our lovely foraged Elderflower champagne and a seasonal Wild Food soup! The day will finish with a lovely wild food feast prepared from the foraged goodies found that day!
(All full list of finds and recipes will be emailed to you after the course.)
