You should allow 2 hours to complete it. There are a couple of minor inclines and the terrain under foot is good It is considered suitable for both push chairs and wheelchairs. Aylsham is located on the A140 midway between Norwich (to the South) and Cromer (to the North). Parking is free throughout Aylsham (a good reason to visit for a start!) although some car parks have time limit restrictions. The most suitable car park, which is conveniently located at the Trail start point, adjoins the Bure Valley Railway. Non rail users should follow the parking instructions to park in the 'yellow' bays at the far end of the car park. Please note that market day in Aylsham is on Mondays - this may make some of the clues based around the Market Place more challenging!

Trail packs cost just £5 each - each trail pack is suitable for a family sized group
