yoga with Lucy:
Lucy is from Norfolk and trained in Massage + Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda in Spain (Yoga Alliance Certified). Her passion is to share the gift of yoga and massage to help people use it to find their happiness, balance and express themselves. She creates mindfulness and well being classes, events, workshops, retreats and private sessions locally and internationally for families, pregnancy, babies, children, teens, adults, special needs and elderly. Also taking Yoga onto the water and into the air for Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga and Aerial Yoga!

“welcoming and friendly and Lucy is a really thoughtful, engaging and kind teacher…with nice positive energy and I always feel supported and listened to…gentle flow with lovely elements of relaxation and strengthening too’’

Dentford Heights:
Dentford Heights was built in the late 19th century and lies on the outskirts of Gressenhall. It is a substantial detached house which has recently been sensitively modernised by the owners. The house is spacious with a super kitchen/dining/family room that has panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, ‘arguably the best views in this part of Norfolk’. Sheep, cattle and horses graze on the adjacent meadows and guests have access to private woodland where there are walks alongside streams and lakes, see bluebells in the springtime, listen to bird song, relax and enjoy these beautiful surroundings.

‘’an excellent holiday, the house was perfect for facilities, lovely walks in the grounds and plenty of wildlife. A beautiful property, clean and comfortable, with very welcoming hosts, helpful and friendly’’

Spoons by Adam:
Making and selling of hand-made wooden items, demonstrations and workshops. Join me on my journey as I carve, whittle and create from wood. I run workshops and other activities for enjoyable experiences in the outdoors; whether it’s carving a spoon in the woodlands, paddling a SUP down the river of letting arrows and axes fly down-range. Its all about having fun and connecting with nature.

‘’Adam is a great teacher, a fantastic time, would highly recommend to everyone, someone who knows his stuff’’
