This beautiful fisherman’s cottage dates to the 17th century and is full of charm. Tastefully renovated, this dog-friendly cottage offers quirky accommodation for 2-4 guests in fantastic style over three floors. With its own private parking, you couldn’t be better located to have a great holiday in this popular seaside town with its excellent beach and vibrant beach huts.
With comfortable furnishings, this charming retreat is the ideal place to unwind after a long walk on the beach in the chillier months and a fabulous family base to enjoy the long lazy days of the summertime. On the ground floor the open-plan living space is perfect for sharing time with family and friends. On the first floor is a gorgeous king-sized bedroom with a roll-top bath, where you can soak and wind down after a day on the coast. A delightful twin bedroom with sloping ceilings can be found on the second floor.
The centre of the town, with its attractive shops, galleries, cinema, and cultural centre, is within a few minutes’ walk from the door. You can stroll along the quay eating fish and chips whilst watching the fishing boats pass by or pull on your walking boots and hike along the Coastal Path. With outstanding beaches, fabulous walks, and great dining all within walking distance, this charming fisherman’s cottage is an ideal getaway at any time of year. With the Coasthopper bus service not far from the front door, you can adventure along the coast without using the car.

Kitchen area has modern fitted kitchen, electric oven cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, undercounter fridge with small freezer and cafetiere. Well stocked with kitchen equipment.
First floor
Bedroom 1 has a King-sized bed, bedside tables, hanging space and vanity unit.
Second floor
Bedroom 2 is a Twin-bedded room. Bedside table and cupboard with shelves.

In front of the cottage is a small patio fully enclosed by fencing. Garden furniture. Charcoal BBQ.
Parking
Private parking space directly in front of the cottage for one average sized car. Electric vehicle charging point.

Gas central heating.

IMPORTANT
This cottage has a steep Norfolk winder staircase and therefore is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
The parking space is not suitable for large cars.
