There are plenty of ways to get to north Norfolk from within the UK or from overseas. North Norfolk is easy to access from the north, west or south of the country, and the A11 dual carriageway makes travel from the south easy and swift. The Broadland Northway provides quicker and easier access from Norwich and once in north Norfolk, there are lots of ways to get around. Find out more here about visiting the UK after Brexit.

TAKE THE TRAIN TO NORTH NORFOLK
Greater Anglia trains leave London Liverpool Street and King's Cross every hour, arriving in just under two hours into Norwich or King's Lynn. From Norwich you can catch a regular train to Cromer or Sheringham, and from there and King's Lynn, there are connecting local bus services.

TAKE A COACH TO NORTH NORFOLK
Coaches, including National Express, travel daily into north Norfolk from the Midlands, London and the southeast.

FLY THEN TRAVEL TO NORTH NORFOLK
The nearest airports are London Stansted and Norwich International, whilst Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and East Midlands airports are within easy reach by road and rail.

TAKE A FERRY TO NORTH NORFOLK
Rail and sail from Holland: Stena Line's Dutchflyer Rail & Sail service provides city-to-city travel by rail and ferry from Amsterdam/Rotterdam to Norwich, via Harwich International. Then either take a train or bus to north Norfolk.

GETTING AROUND NORTH NORFOLK
The Coasthopper operated by Sanders Coaches runs between Wells, Cromer and North Walsham (see timetable) and the Lynx Coastliner, runs between Wells, Fakenham and King's Lynn (see timetable). The route between Fakenham and Norwich is run by First (see timetable). Or travel around in style with Anglian Chauffeur Services, (the only transport provider in Norfolk who has been awarded Welcome Host Gold from Welcome to Excellence), who can be at your service for the duration of your stay, acting as a personal guide on days out. You can also hire a bike, and even an e-bike, to get around.
