Church Farm Barn is set in a tranquil area of the North Norfolk countryside and part of the Quiet Lanes Scheme though within 15 miles of the Cathedral City of Norwich, just 2.5 miles from the market town of North Walsham, well-placed for the Broads to the south and Cromer to the north. The coast is some 2 miles away with both child friendly beaches as well as stretches with more rugged sand dunes.

The Barn has a stunning lounge with its beamed, vaulted ceiling and galleried landing above. Our guests are welcome to relax, perhaps with a tea or coffee and read a paper or book in this tranquil environment. We ask that the Lounge is vacated by 10.00pm for the benefit of all in the Barn.

Bed and breakfast is offered in the main barn in 3 large, double rooms. Provided in each luxurious bedroom and ensuite are bathroom robes, slippers and a range of quality toiletries. In addition to the flat-screen televisions, each bedroom has a variety of specialist teas and coffees, chocolates, biscuits, fresh fruit and fresh milk. Filtered water is refreshed daily as is the bottled water in the silent fridge as required. Complementary small bottles of white and red wine are provided for consumption within the room.

Choose one of our award winning breakfasts including a full English or Continental breakfast using local produce. Enjoy our own freshly-made bread each morning.

On occasion, we are asked if it is suitable for a special bottle of 'something' be brought in by guests to celebrate a special occasion in their room e.g. a wedding anniversary or birthday. We would love to be a part of this, so please inform us if you wish to celebrate and we will supply the appropriate glasses and be prepared to chill the bottle. Our silent fridges do not have the capacity to cope with additional bottles so we request that they are not used in this way. We ask that alcohol is not taken into the Lounge.

Choose from a full English or Continental breakfast using local produce. Enjoy our own freshly baked bread each morning.

The barn's oak beams are an impressive feature and blend well with modern, stylish furnishings.
